Welcome to the book presentation of Wim Urgel's latest novella, in collaboration with Amnesty International, entitled “Het kamertje van honger en dorst”.
As musical accompaniment, Joshua wrote the song “Broken,” which further emphasizes the atmosphere of the story.
Author Wim Urgel and Amnesty International will be happy to tell you all about the background to this tragic story during the presentation, which will conclude with a live performance of the song “Broken”!

Together with my good friend and producer Roel de Ruyter ( Studio Pump it up )we are putting the finishing touches on the final mix of the single “Rain”.
The release is expected early 2024 together with a music video to enhance the experience.
In the meantime we are also working on the next single; a cover version of a Kate Bush song !

A hand in hand artistic collaboration between author
Wim Urgel, painter Anton Martens and singer/composer Joshua vercammen, that led to a fantastic and original project called “Words, Paint and Rock ‘n’ roll !
Words and paintings in a context of live music by Joshua, and other musicians.
An original approach to works of art.
The event will take place at Cardoen’s main branche in Wilrijk/Antwerp on 27 and 28 October 2023!
